THE STEPS OF THE CONCLUSION OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT

2.1. Registration at the website www.kiosk-budapest.hu. The Customer shall submit accurate data during the registration process.

2.2. Selection of the product(s) to be ordered. The selected product(s) form(s) the subject of the electronic contract. The purchase prices including the value added tax and the packaging costs are displayed next to the products. Some of the products’ images are only illustrations.

2.3. Moving on to checkout, selection of the payment method and payment means, submission of the order.

2.4. M15 Restaurant Kft. electronically confirms the reception of the order within 15 minutes. The order and the confirmation shall be considered as received when both M15 Restaurant Kft. and the Customer have access to them. Should no confirmation arrive within 15 minutes after the order was submitted, the Customer can inquire about the status of their order by calling the number of Customer Support, that is 06703845436.

2.5. The ordered product(s) is/are delivered by a courier. The Customer can pay upon delivery in cash or by card, in advance by card on the online surface and if the Customer picks up the order in the restaurant, they can pay in cash or by card.

2.6. If home delivery was selected when the order was submitted, the order cannot be cancelled. There is, however, an exception to this rule; the order can be cancelled if the Customer calls Customer Support (06703845436) within 5 minutes after submitting the order to cancel it.

2.7. Tools provided for identifying and correcting data input errors before submitting the order:

  • the contents of the “Cart” can be checked,
  • modified or even deleted at any time personal data can be modified at any time.

2.8. The contract concluded through submitting the order and receiving the confirmation and the final invoice does not constitute a written contract, it will not be filed by M15 Restaurant Kft., and it will not be accessible later on.

PROBLEMS, COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

The Customer can indicate any problems or complaints in connection with the performance of the order by contacting Customer Support in one of the following ways:

Please note that between 16:30 and 17:30 the entire KIOSK kitchen is closed, therefore we are unable to serve any dishes in the restaurant or complete any deliveries during this time period.
The kitchen closes at 22:00 every day.
