Winter drink specialities KIOSK style

David White Castle

The winter season has also stirred the creative energies of our bartenders, using special flavours and ingredients to create a unique and fantastic winter edition cocktail menu. Let's see the candidates for consumption from our drinks list:
KIOSK Espresso Martini - Tanqueray, Espresso, Italicus, Coffee Liqueur, Vanilla Syrup

The evergreen iconic drink is said to have been invented by Dick Bradsell, the London mixologist who is also known as the king of cocktails, in the late 1980s. Legend has it that the then fledgling bartender was approached by a now world-famous model who wanted a drink to wake her up. The cocktail was a hit and has been a famous favourite ever since.
Now it's making its seasonal debut in a brand new light. Alongside the basic ingredients, bergamot and vanilla flavours are added to this very elegant drink, in a festive nod.

Winter Negroni - GinSTR Winter, Lillet Blanc, Luxardo Bianco Bitter

The Negroni was first introduced in 1919. As the story goes, Count Camillo Negroni's favourite drink was Americano (Campari, Rosso Vermut and soda), but he wanted to give his favourite drink an extra character and make it even stronger. So instead of soda, he added gin to the drink, and it became one of the world's favourite aperitifs.
This time at KIOSK, we are tempted to adventure in the true colours of winter tales: the basic ingredients are given a wintery touch with notes of cinnamon biscuit, fresh mandarin, orange and roasted plum in the gin.

Jack Frost - Woodford reserve, White cocoa liqueur, Brown sugar, Angostura, Chocolate bitters, Orange bitters

The base of the cocktail, premium Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey, is aged for 6 years in new oak barrels and bottled in numbered bottles in small batches, using the same process since 1812. A medium-bodied, light, sweet, citrusy nose with woody, oaky, cinnamon-vanilla notes, a delicate, long finish and a distinctively spicy character. This wintry character is complemented by white cocoa liqueur, brown sugar caramel, chocolate and orange bitters.

Hotel North Pole - Amaretto, Rum, House Lemon Juice, House Orange Juice, House Cinnamon Syrup, Egg White, Angostura

This unforgettable journey starts in the Caribbean and then flies all the way to the snow-capped northern glaciers. The rum base is winterized by amaretto and cinnamon, and the dot on the i is the egg white.

Slow Cinnamon Winter - Rum, Pimento Dram, Homemade Cinnamon Syrup, Homemade Ginger Syrup, Homemade Lemon Juice, Organic Apple Juice

A cinnamon rum bomb for the edge of winter, spiced with its spices. Because what could be more wintry than a rum cocktail complemented by a rich, full-bodied, spicy liqueur, with the most pronounced aroma of cloves, topped off with house cinnamon syrup, house ginger and organic apple juice?

Santa Is Kicking Hard - Wine Reduction, Lemon Juice, Ginger Syrup, Frizzante, Grenadine

A fruity and exciting sparkling wine cocktail for those nights when bubbles are a must. This Santa Claus sure packs a punch!

Warm And Cozy - Martell VS, Cheery Heering, Homemade Lemon Juice, Homemade Honey Water, Grenadine, Hot Water

There are those soul-warming drinks that will warm you up in a flash in the gloomy weather. This drink is just that: a drink based on cognac and cherry liqueur with spices and a fiery heat to take you off your feet.
